Blue and Yellow Strategic Sales Plan One Page Summary Report Document
Fit a sales plan on one page with the strategic sales plan one page summary. A navy header holds the title and a round photo of a woman at her desk on the phone, with an orange gear and light bulb badge.
What's on the page
- Five gray label bars: Vision, Sales Goal, Analysis, Sales Activities and Success Sales
- Two or three check-mark lines under each bar, such as Creating a story
- A Sales Commitments table with three rows and two number columns
- A Sales Strategies Process flow of six gold ovals joined by arrows
Bring it to your quarterly planning meeting, or hand it to your manager when you present your goals. It works well as a one-page brief before a longer sales deck. The gray label bars on the left give your reader the plan in short points, and the gold flow on the right shows the steps in order.
Every line and number is a sample to replace. Start with the five label bars. Keep the headings or rename them, then write two or three check-mark lines under each one in your own words. Next, fill the Sales Commitments table with your own targets. Give each gold oval in the Sales Strategies Process flow one short step. You can swap the photo in the header for one of your own team. You can edit the text, the table and the photo in PowerPoint or Keynote.
