Annual Pass
You can cancel any time from the Customer Hub. Enter the email you bought with, click the link we send you, and choose Cancel under your subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of a purchase or of a renewal charge, and have not downloaded any templates, slides or icons in that period, we refund that charge in full.
If a renewal charged you and you did not mean to continue, write to support@infografolio.com within 14 days of the charge. We cancel the pass and refund the renewal.
Single templates
A digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded. If a file will not download or open, write to support@infografolio.com within 14 days of purchase with a short description of the problem, and we replace it or refund it.
