Blue and Violet Proposal for Marketing Project One Page Summary Report Document
Pitch a marketing project on a single page with the blue and violet one page proposal. Four colored title blocks open the page, followed by a table, a list and three small charts.
What's on the page
- Title One to Title Four blocks in orange, blue, violet and teal
- A project cost and duration table with four rows and two year columns
- A Potential Risks Involved list next to a photo of hands on a tablet
- A horizontal bar chart, a column chart and a doughnut chart, Title One to Title Three
- Sample sentences about telling a story with your data in every text block
You can send it to a client before a kickoff call or hand it to your manager when you ask for a budget. It also works as the cover page of a longer marketing plan. Your reader sees the main points in the colored blocks first, then the numbers below.
Start with the four title blocks. Rename each one with a part of your project, like the goal or the channels, and write a short line under it. Then type your own figures into the table and set the column headings to the years or months your project covers. Next, list the risks you see in the Potential Risks Involved box. You can swap the tablet photo for a picture of your own team. Last, retitle each chart and add your own numbers. You can change any text or chart in PowerPoint or Keynote.
