HR managers can show it to new hires on their first day, or to a leadership team that wants to know what the department covers.
Each part of the ring has an icon and an arrow that points to its label on the right. The labels sit in teal bars, and the description under each one runs two or three lines. Read the printed descriptions and adjust them to how your own HR team works. If your team covers a sixth area, you can split one part of the ring and add a new bar. The shades of teal go from light at the top to dark at the bottom. Keep that order if you recolor, so the ring still reads as one shape. The woman with the folder can stay as she is.
