Six healthy social media habits share one bright slide here. A mental health and social media slide puts each tip in a numbered pill with a short note under it, ready for your next talk.
What's on the slide
- A Mental Health and Social Media title on a light aqua background
- Six numbered tips: Set Limits, Follow Positive Accounts, Be Selective with Your Connections, Don't Compare Yourself to Others, Take Breaks and Practice Self-Care
- One or two sentences of advice under each tip
- Two dotted lines in blue that join the tips in two columns of three
School counselors can use it in a class on screen time, and youth leaders can share it at a group meeting. You might also post it on a school or parent page.
The tips sit in two columns, one to three on the left and four to six on the right. Each pill has a white circle with a number and a bold heading, and the advice sits under it in two or three lines. Read the printed advice and decide how much to keep. You can rewrite a note in your own words for a younger group. Each pill has its own soft color, from aqua to coral to yellow. If you change one, keep the colored dot on the dotted line in the same shade, so the two still match. A short line under the title could name your school or the date of your talk.
You can change the tips and the text in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
