Main Causes of Water Pollution Environment Infographic Template
Where does dirty water come from? A main causes of water pollution infographic lists six causes on a tall teal page, each with an illustration and a short explanation.
What's on the page
- A Main Causes of Water Pollution header with an intro line about human activity
- Six causes: global warming, deforestation, industry and farming, rubbish and sewage dumping, maritime traffic and fuel spillages
- An illustration for each cause, such as an Earth with a thermometer, a cut tree stump and a ship
- A dark footer band that prints a website address
You can use it in a science lesson or a short talk for an environment group. Its six bands give your students one cause at a time to discuss.
Each band follows the same order from left to right. A white arrow points from the drawing to the heading and the short text under it. The bands alternate between two shades of teal, so each cause stands apart. Read the printed lines first and decide if you want to keep them. You can shorten them for younger readers, or add a fact from your own local river or coast. If you cover fewer causes, delete a band and the page simply gets shorter. Swap the website line in the dark footer for your own.
You can change the text in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, and you can recolor the illustrations in Illustrator.
